Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• The license key does not work and our support team cannot resolve the issue
• You received the wrong product
• The product was not delivered within 48 hours
• You have not activated or used the license key

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

• The license key has been activated on any device
• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• The key was invalidated due to violation of the software's terms of use
• You simply changed your mind after activation

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

• Include the reason for your refund request
• Provide any relevant screenshots if there's a technical issue

4. Refund Processing

• Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• PayPal refunds appear within 24 hours
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear

5. Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong product, we can exchange it for the correct one at no additional charge (subject to price difference).
